The intelligence gathered from working with organisations and individuals in live transitions informs how we understand what's actually happening at ground level - and what the systemic frameworks are missing.

We work with leaders and organisations in global networks and cross-sector collaborations shaping the future of work. We contribute ground-level intelligence to institutional research and policy development. We engage where the frameworks and innovative solutions for managing this transition are being built - through NGO, government, union and think tank advisory and co-creation contexts. Globally and locally.
